Production

All the bows are made to order that's why usually it takes several days/ weeks ( July through December and occasionally throughout the year it may take about 2-4 weeks) to ship it out. That does not include shipping time. We do have some bows in stock. Contact us if you need bows ASAP maybe we have something that you need made.
With most of the bows, we are able to add name/logo contact us for more info.
Bows are made with 3" grosgrain ribbon. Bow size is approximately 7" by 8" (Texas size bow, a bow that you see at cheer competitions). If you like longer tail I can make it longer. Contact me for specifics. It can be made with 2.25 " ribbon - size would be approximately 6"by6" ( perfect for younger girls, softball, soccer and other sports and showing your spirit at your school games). Most of the bows can be made in different color combinations. All bows are made from scratch so you can customize it: change the colors, change a design, add your name or logo etc. We have hundreds of designs, glitter, rhinestones.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We are not responsible for customs charges, our price includes only bow price and shipping, it does NOT INCLUDE VAT and other fees. 
THE PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. 
Sometimes the fabric could be substitute with a similar one.

Shipping

All individual orders are shipped via USPS first class. It takes about 3-5 business for delivery. You can upgrade to USPS priority mail ( 2-3 business days ) for an extra fee or USPS express mail (1-2 business days). Please note that we do not guarantee those delivery time frames. Once it leaves our facility we do not have control over delivery times. Upon request, we can ship UPS or FEDEX. Shipping upgrade ONLY covers shipping, it does not speed up the production process.  Please refer to production paragraph to get more information on production time. All orders are shipped in boxes. Team orders are usually shipped via USPS priority mail. If you have a deadline that you need to meet please contact me BEFORE you place your order. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PUT THE RIGHT ADDRESS I DO NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOUR DEADLINE WAS NOT MET BECAUSE OF INCORRECT ADDRESS. For international orders - I do not responsible for any extra charges that may apply to your package upon delivery. 

We are not responsible for damages during shipping, once it leaves our facility it is out of our hands customers can buy insurance if they fear that shipping company will not provide good care for their packages.

If you fear your package will be lost or stolen in transit, please also request insurance be attached to your purchase. There is an extra fee for this service. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Refunds and Exchanges

No refunds on custom or personalized orders. Unless there is a mistake made on our side. If you are unsure about the colors ask for a material sample prior you place your order.

For all other products: If the buyer wants to exchange or refund (shipping charge will not be refunded) UNWORN item he/she can do so within 14 days upon receiving a product.  Buyer will pay all shipping/re-shipping fees.
